4 SEPTEMBER 2026 CORPORATE RELEASE
Renounceable Rights Issue – Extension of Offer Period and Options
As announced on Monday, 17 August 2026, Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) (Company) is
undertaking a pro rata renounceable rights issue to eligible shareholders (Rights Issue). Under the
Rights Issue, shareholders may subscribe for one new fully paid ordinary share in the Company (New
Share) for every four existing fully paid ordinary shares held on Thursday, 20 August 2026, to raise
up to approximately $4,134,270 (before costs).
The Rights Issue also includes two free attaching new options for every three New Shares subscribed
for, with an exercise price of $0.06 and expiring two years and six months after the date of issue (New
Options).
Based on feedback received from shareholders who are still awaiting receipt of the Prospectus, and
given that the Company has also extended offers under the Rights Issue to eligible shareholders
located outside of Australia and New Zealand (including Germany), the Directors have resolved to
extend the closing date of the Rights Issue from Wednesday, 9 September 2026 to Friday, 11
September 2026.
Options Explanation and Valuation: Black-Scholes Model
The Company wishes to remind eligible shareholders that the Rights Issue includes two free attaching
New Options for every three New Shares subscribed for.
The New Options will have an exercise price of $0.06 and expire two years and six months after the
date of issue. The Company will seek quotation of the New Options on the ASX, meaning that,
subject to ASX approval, the New Options will be tradable on ASX.
According to the Black-Scholes model, a model commonly used to calculate the theoretical value of
options taking into account their terms of issue, including expiry date, exercise price and volatility of
the Company’s share price, the New Options have an indicative value of $0.007 per New Option
using 60% as the volatility assumption, $0.009 per New Option using a 70% volatility assumption and
$0.011 per New Option using an 80% volatility assumption.
The indicative values of the New Options also assume a share price at grant date of $0.032, a risk-
free interest rate of 4.49%, and an annualised dividend yield of 0%.
Accordingly, when a shareholder pays the offer price of $0.032 per New Share, the shareholder
receives one New Share and two-thirds of one free attaching New Option, which has indicative value
based on the Black-Scholes methodology as set out above.
