SEPTEMBER 18, 2026 CORPORATE RELEASE

The Company thanks all shareholders for their support for the rights issue, particularly in these uncertain times,
and welcomes new investors to the register.

in the company’s projects and its future.

Shortfall $1,204,475 37,639,799 25,093,220

*The number of new Shares and Options issued is subject to rounding. A further 22,052,630 Options will be

Impact’s Chair Jim McKerlie, said.
“The ongoing support for this raising comes at an important point in Impact’s evolution. We are building a
differentiated position in high-purity alumina through two complementary pathways: Alluminous, with its
capital-efficient and modular route to market, and Lake Hope, with the potential to deliver long-life, low-cost
production from our own mineral resource.
“This funding allows us to accelerate both pathways, with piloting of the Lake Hope process now underway
and commissioning of the Alluminous pilot plant continuing. Our focus is increasingly on demonstrating these
technologies at scale, producing material for customer qualification and moving towards the commercial
milestones that can unlock the value we see in both projects.
“We are particularly encouraged by the continued support of our existing shareholders, including our major
shareholder, and we welcome the new investors who have joined the register as Impact enters this next stage
of its development.”
Mahe Capital Pty Ltd acted as Lead Manager and Underwriter to the rights issue.
