5 NOVEMBER 2026 CORPORATE RELEASE
IMPACT MINERALS PROPOSES NEW NAME, ALTRICA ADVANCED
MATERIALS LIMITED, ALIGNED TO HPA-LED STRATEGY
Corporate identity to reflect the Company’s capital priority and its positioning for institutional investment
Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) (Impact Minerals or the Company) today announces that the Board
proposes to change the Company’s name to Altrica Advanced Materials Limited (Altrica), subject to
shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 November 2026.
The proposal follows the outcome of the strategic review announced on 26 October 2026, under which the
Company will direct management attention and development capital to one priority: producing high-purity
alumina (HPA) from the Lake Hope Project (80%) in Western Australia.
Highlights
• Name aligned to strategy. The Impact Minerals name reflects a company built around exploration of
precious, base and other metals. The Company is now an HPA developer, and the Board considers the
name should reflect this.
• HPA is the core of the investment case. The June 2025 Lake Hope pre-feasibility study (PFS) indicated
an NPV10 of A$1.165 billion and a post-tax IRR of 47%, based on circa 33 years of feedstock.
Impact confirms that all the material assumptions underpinning the production target, or the forecast
financial information derived from the production target, in the Pre-Feasibility Study ASX Release 17
June 2025, continue to apply and have not materially changed.
• Clear separation of the two businesses. The HPA business (Lake Hope and Alluminous) and the
precious and base metals portfolio (Broken Hill and Commonwealth) will continue to be managed and
presented separately. The focus of the exploration team will pivot towards critical minerals
exploration.
• Near-term milestone unchanged. The Lake Hope pilot plant installation and commissioning program
remains on track to commence on 30 November 2026.

Rationale
Investors have been asked to value two different business models, HPA development and metals exploration,
under one identity. The 26 October 2026 announcement addressed this by separating the businesses and
setting a single capital priority. The proposed name completes that repositioning.
Altrica Advanced Materials signals the direction of the Company: the development of HPA for use in
semiconductors, LED lighting, batteries, synthetic sapphire and technical ceramics, and, over the longer term,
the exploration, development and processing of critical minerals into advanced materials. The exploration
program for manganese, tungsten and bismuth is at an early stage.
The new brand identity also tells the story of the Company’s journey from the ground to the finished product.
The logo design conveys that journey. The “A” symbol moves from topographic lines, representing the
Company’s exploration origins and the Western Australian ground it sources from, into a fine field of dots that
shows raw material refined into a pure, uniform powder of high-purity alumina.
The Board believes a name that matches the strategy will support the Company’s engagement with
institutional investors as the 100-day plan progresses.
Shareholder impact
Shareholders are not required to take any action and shareholdings will remain unaffected by the name
change.
Approvals and timetable
The name change requires approval by special resolution. Details have been set out in the Notice of Meeting
for the AGM. If approved, the Company will confirm the effective date and any change to the ASX code in due
course.
Impact Minerals Executive Chair Jim McKerlie said:
“The strategic review gave us one capital priority and two clearly separated businesses. Altrica Advanced
Materials is a name that reflects that strategy. Investors will see Altrica as an HPA critical mineral developer,
and we will be measured against clear milestones, starting with construction and commissioning the Lake
Hope pilot plant by 30 November 2026.”
This announcement was authorised for release by the Chair of Impact Minerals Limited.
