Drilling Continues to Extend the Silica Hill Sulphide System
at Commonwealth, New South Wales
Partner-funded drilling continues to extend the Silica Hill gold and silver system
beyond previously mapped mineralisation, with assay results due within weeks and an
updated resource estimate targeted for December 2026
Summary
• Impact’s partner Kuniko Limited (ASX: KNI) is funding the drilling which continues to grow the Silica Hill
gold and silver system. New holes have now tracked the mineralised zone across roughly 100 vertical
metres around last campaign’s high-grade hit, in ground that sits outside the area covered by the current
resource model. The rock contains mineralisation, but laboratory assays are still needed to confirm the
gold and silver grades.
• The latest holes have intersected wide zones of sulphide (the metal-bearing mineral that carries the gold
and silver), including a roughly 70-metre zone in one hole (CMKNI010) and individual veins up to about 50
centimetres thick in another (CMKNI011). These are visual observations only, with assays still pending.
• The current (Phase 2) program has now drilled 1,324 metres across five holes, four completed and one still
underway. It is testing two separate ore zones, or “lodes”, the South and North Lodes, at Silica Hill into
deeper ground that has had little previous drilling.
• This work builds on standout results from the first (Phase 1) campaign, including a narrow but exceptionally
high-grade vein of 0.5 metres at 27 g/t gold and 20,603 g/t silver at Silica Hill, plus gold, silver and base-
metal hits at Commonwealth Main Shaft and Commonwealth South.
• Grade results (assays) for the current drilling are expected within the next four to six weeks, and will feed
into an updated Mineral Resource estimate for the project, targeted for December 2026.
• Kuniko is paying for this work. Impact keeps a 49% share of the project after Kuniko earned its first 51% by
funding exploration. Kuniko can lift its stake to 70% by spending a further A$1.5 million, after which
Impact’s remaining 30% is “free-carried”, meaning Impact pays nothing more towards exploration through
to the point a decision is made on whether to build a mine.
What this means for Impact shareholders: the Silica Hill system is shaping up to be larger than earlier drilling
had defined, and it is being advanced at Kuniko’s expense rather than Impact’s. Impact keeps a meaningful
stake in any success while it directs its own cash to its high-purity alumina strategy. The near-term signals to
watch are the grade results due within four to six weeks and the updated resource estimate targeted for
December 2026. Until those assays arrive, the newest intersections remain visual observations rather than
confirmed gold and silver grades.

Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) is pleased to provide an update on exploration at the Commonwealth–
Silica Hill Gold–Silver Project in New South Wales, where partner Kuniko Limited (ASX: KNI) is conducting its
Phase 2 drill program. The program continues to intersect sulphide-bearing zones beyond previously modelled
mineralisation.
Kuniko’s drilling updates dated 14 August and 10 September 2026 (attached to this report) describe further
extensions of the interpreted Silica Hill mineralised system and an emerging geological model comprising
distinct Northern and Southern Lodes. The results provide additional drilling targets ahead of a planned
Mineral Resource update. No new laboratory assay results are reported in this announcement.
Impact Minerals’ Managing Director, Dr Mike Jones, said, "Kuniko's drilling continues to extend the Silica
Hill gold and silver system, with the latest holes intersecting sulphide zones well beyond our previous model.
This indicates there is much more of the system still to define. Earlier assays showed it can carry very high
grades of gold and silver, so the priority now is to confirm the grades and continuity of these new zones, which
remain visual observations until the laboratory results are in.
The emerging two-lode model provides a clear framework for the next round of drilling and the planned
resource update, and it is good to see Kuniko testing both the known extensions and the broader potential. Just
as importantly, this partnership allows Commonwealth to advance at Kuniko's cost while Impact retains a
substantial interest in any success and keeps its own resources focused on our high-purity alumina strategy."
Phase 2 drilling extends the Silica Hill system
The first two holes of the Phase 2 program, CMKNI007 and CMKNI008, tested approximately 60 metres down-
dip and 40 metres up-dip, respectively, of the mineralisation intersected in Phase 1 hole CMKNI004 (ASX
Release KNI 14 August 2026).
Both holes intersected alteration, disseminated sulphides and sulphide-bearing stringer and stockwork veins.
Together with CMKNI004, these intersections support approximately 100 metres of vertical geological
continuity outside the existing mineralised block model. The mineralised system remains open up-dip, down-
dip and laterally. This continuity relates to the observed geological and sulphide-bearing zones; continuity of
gold and silver grades has not yet been established and is contingent on laboratory assays.
Subsequent drilling has continued to test the geometry and extent of the Silica Hill system:
Drill hole Summary of reported Phase 2 observations
CMKNI009
Multiple intervals of disseminated and stringer sulphides within altered rhyolite,
including zones with increased sphalerite and galena veining.
CMKNI010
An approximately 70-metre downhole zone, as described by Kuniko, of disseminated
sulphides and sulphide-bearing veining within altered rhyolite.
CMKNI011
Multiple sulphide veins, including individual veins up to approximately 50 centimetres
thick. The hole remained underway at the reporting date and is designed to test the
interpreted Northern Lode at depth (Figure 1).
Source: Kuniko ASX announcement dated 10 September 2026. All observations in this table are visual, and laboratory assays are pending. [2]
The drilling is supporting an interpretation of two distinct mineralised lodes, North and South, with further
work directed towards their depth and lateral extensions (Figure 2). Kuniko has refined the current drilling
program to prioritise Silica Hill as its principal near-term resource-growth opportunity.
Caution regarding visual observations: Visual estimates of sulphide abundance do not establish gold, silver or
base-metal grades and must not be treated as a substitute for laboratory analyses. They may also provide no
information about impurities or other characteristics relevant to economic assessment. Reported Phase 2
intervals are downhole lengths; true widths are not yet known.

Previously reported Phase 1 results
The Phase 2 program follows Kuniko’s initial six-hole, 1,239-metre diamond drilling campaign across
Commonwealth Main Shaft, Commonwealth South and Silica Hill completed earlier in 2025. Selected
previously reported assay results are summarised below. [5]
Prospect / drill hole Selected previously reported intersection
Silica Hill – CMKNI004
0.5 m at 27 g/t gold, 20,603 g/t silver, 3.3% zinc and 1.5% lead, from 230.4
m, within a narrow massive sulphide vein.
Silica Hill – CMKNI003 50 m at 1.0 g/t gold, 59 g/t silver, 0.14% zinc and 0.10% lead, from 74 m.
Commonwealth Main Shaft –
CMKNI001
8.0 m at 3.3 g/t gold, 186 g/t silver, 5.6% zinc, 2.2% lead and 0.12%
copper, from 94.7 m.
Commonwealth South –
CMKNI006
7.1 m at 8.4 g/t gold, 42 g/t silver, 1.5% zinc and 0.7% lead, from 79.9 m.
Sources: Kuniko announcements dated 5 May, 21 May and 14 August 2026. The 230.4-metre start depth for the narrow CMKNI004 vein is taken from
the published sample table. Intersections are downhole lengths, not true widths. These are selected results rather than average grades for the deposits
or surrounding mineralised systems. [3]
The very high-grade CMKNI004 vein occurs within a broader zone of variably mineralised rock. Its grade
should not be extrapolated across the surrounding sulphide-bearing zones or the new Phase 2 intersections.
At Commonwealth South, the program also returned a lower-grade intersection of 16 metres at 0.6 g/t gold,
0.15% zinc and 804 ppm copper from 89 metres in CMKNI005, illustrating the variability within the broader
system.
Broader exploration potential
The Commonwealth–Silica Hill Project is located approximately 100 km north of Orange, NSW, within the
Lachlan Fold Belt, a Tier-1 mining region hosting major operations including Cadia–Ridgeway (Newmont),
Northparkes and Cowal (Evolution Mining). The Project lies immediately along trend from Alkane’s Boda–
Kaiser porphyry copper–gold deposit, which contains over 10 million ounces of gold equivalent (Figure 3).
Figure 3. Location of the Commonwealth & Silica Hill Project and major gold–copper deposits within
the Lachlan Fold Belt.
ASX:IPT | ABN 52 119 062 261 5
The Project comprises two genetically related deposits located within 200 metres of each other:
• Commonwealth Main and Commonwealth South: a high-grade gold, silver and zinc system of the
“VMS” type (volcanic-hosted massive sulphide, a well-understood class of deposit that often carries
strong base-metal credits), including thick lenses of massive sulphide.
• Silica Hill: a high-grade silver system of the “epithermal” type (formed by hot mineralising fluids close
to surface), made up of a stockwork of veins rich in silver minerals along with broad zones of
disseminated sulphide.
Impact Minerals has previously reported JORC (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource Estimates at both
Commonwealth and Silica Hill (refer: Impact Minerals ASX releases dated 2 September 2016, 1 February 2018
and 22 August 2019). The Project also has exploration upside with multiple untested targets including Silica
Hill East, Geenobbys and Gladstone, where geophysical and geochemical anomalies remain untested by
drilling.
Impact Minerals has previously noted that the Commonwealth mineral system shares geological
characteristics with several globally recognised VMS–epithermal deposits, such as Eskay Creek in Canada,
where precious metals are closely associated with volcanic-hosted sulphide mineralisation. These analogies
provide valuable context for the ongoing exploration approach as Kuniko continues to develop its geological
model specific to the Lachlan Fold Belt setting.
Kuniko’s integrated geophysical interpretation has identified an association between known Silica Hill
mineralisation and the margin of a prominent gravity low. This geophysical feature extends for more than
500 metres to the south-east, with similar features identified elsewhere in the project area. These are
exploration targets requiring further assessment and drilling, rather than demonstrated extensions of
mineralisation.
The work complements earlier MobileMT surveying, which identified an approximately four-kilometre
conductive corridor, and regional targeting around prospects including Welcome Jack, Walls, Stringers,
Geenobbys and Gladstone.
Joint-venture position and significance for Impact
As announced on 11 August 2026, Kuniko earned its initial 51% interest in the Commonwealth Project by
completing A$1.5 million of exploration expenditure, approximately 12 months ahead of the contractual
deadline. Impact retains the remaining 49%.
Kuniko may earn a further 19%, taking its interest to 70%, by spending an additional A$1.5 million on
exploration within a further two years. Upon completion of that stage, Impact’s remaining 30% interest will be
free-carried through to a Decision to Mine. Thereafter, Impact may elect to contribute to future expenditure
or dilute in accordance with the agreement.
This structure preserves Impact’s exposure to exploration and potential development success at
Commonwealth while allowing it to direct its own resources towards its high purity alumina strategy.
Next steps
Kuniko is continuing drilling to test the depth and lateral extent of the Northern and Southern Lodes at Silica
Hill, alongside regional target assessment.
In its 10 September 2026 update, Kuniko indicated that Phase 2 assays were expected over the following four
to six weeks. After completing drilling and receiving outstanding assays, Kuniko intends to incorporate the
Phase 1 and Phase 2 results into an updated Project Mineral Resource Estimate, targeted for December 2026.
No updated Mineral Resource Estimate is reported in this announcement, and any change to the resource
remains subject to the results of that work.

Phase 2 Drilling Continues to Expand Mineralised
System at Silica Hill with MRE Upgrade in Q4 2026
Highlights:
▪ Phase 2 drilling advances to 1,324m: Three further diamond holes have been completed/advanced since
the previous drilling update, with drilling continuing to test and expand the Silica Hill mineralised system.
▪ Silica Hill system continues to expand: Phase 2 drilling has extended the interpreted mineralised system
by approximately 100m beyond the existing mineralised footprint, building on the continuity demonstrated
in CMKNI004, CMKNI007 and CMKNI008.
▪ Broad sulphide mineralisation intersected in CMKNI010: Drilling intersected an approximately 70m
downhole zone of disseminated sulphides and sulphide-bearing veining, providing further evidence of the
scale of the Silica Hill mineralised system.
▪ Thick sulphide veining intersected in CMKNI011: The current hole has intersected multiple visually
prominent sulphide veins, including individual veins up to approximately 50cm thick, within the first part of
the targeted mineralised system.
▪ Northern Lode targeted at depth: CMKNI011 represents a significant depth step-out targeting the
interpreted Northern Lode beneath historical drilling, with drilling ongoing.
▪ Two-lode architecture emerging at Silica Hill: Phase 2 drilling is supporting the interpretation of distinct
Northern and Southern mineralised lodes, both of which remain targets for further extension drilling.
▪ Assays pending: Laboratory assays from the ongoing Phase 2 program are pending with an upgraded
Project MRE targeted for Dec 2026.

Kuniko Limited (ASX: KNI) (“Kuniko” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide a further update on its Phase 2 diamond
drilling program at the Silica Hill prospect, part of the Commonwealth Project in the Lachlan Fold Belt, New South
Wales. Phase 2 drilling has now advanced to 1,324 metres (5 holes), with drilling continuing to expand the mineralised
footprint at Silica Hill. Recent drilling has intersected broad zones of disseminated sulphides and sulphide-bearing
veining within the interpreted Southern Lode, while drilling has now progressed to test the Northern Lode at depth,
where historical drilling remains limited.
Maja McGuire, Managing Director, commented:
“Phase 2 drilling continues to build our confidence in the scale and continuity of the Silica Hill mineralised system. With
1,324 metres now drilled, we have systematically stepped out from the known mineralisation and are seeing
encouraging sulphide development across a significantly expanded footprint.
CMKNI010 intersected a particularly broad zone of disseminated sulphides and sulphide-bearing veining over
approximately 70 metres downhole, while subsequent drilling has encountered further strong sulphide veining,
including individual veins up to approximately 50 centimetres thick.
Importantly, our drilling is now progressing beyond the Southern Lode to test the Northern Lode at depth, where there
has been very limited historical drilling. This gives us another compelling opportunity to expand the Silica Hill system
as we continue Phase 2 drilling.
With assays pending from these holes, we are looking forward to understanding the grade and tenor of these new
intersections and incorporating the results into our evolving geological model and planned resource upgrade.”

Drilling Update
Phase 2 drilling atSilicaHill has been predominantlyfocused on systematicallydefining and expanding the Southern
Lode, following the exceptional high-grade mineralisation intersected in Phase 1 hole CMKNI004 which returned
3.4m @ 4.1 g/t Au, 2,947 g/t Ag, 0.3% Pb and 0.6% Zn from 227.5m, including a 0.5m massive sulphide vein
returning 20,603 g/t Ag, 27 g/t Au, 1.5% Pband 3.3% Zn. This intersection provided the basis forsystematic up-dip
and down-dip step-out drilling during Phase 2, initially through CMKNI007 and CMKNI008 and subsequently through
additional holes designed to further define the geometry, continuity and depth extent of the Southern Lode.
Phase 2 diamond drilling at Silica Hill continues to systematically test and expand the mineralised system, with
drilling now focused on defining the geometry and depth extent of two interpreted mineralised lodes. The plan view
in Figure 2 shows the Phase 2 drill traces relative to the interpreted Northern and Southern Lodes, overlain on the
processed gravity image. The gravity data are becoming an increasingly important component of Kuniko’s
exploration model, with known mineralisation at Silica Hill occurring along the margin of a prominent gravity low.
The recently completed integrated geophysical review highlighted that this gravity feature continues formore than
500 metres to the south-east and identified a series of similar gravity lows across the broader project area,
supporting the potential for the known mineralised system to form part of a much larger district-scale mineral
system. This relationshipprovides an importantexploration vectorbeyond the known deposits, with the integrated
geophysical interpretation indicating potential for a broader district-scale mineral system extending beyond the
current Commonwealth–Silica Hill mineralised footprint (KNI ASX Announcement dated 21.08.26).
Drilling is now testing the interpreted Northern Lode at depth, with CMKNI011 intersecting zones of strong sulphide
development within silica-sericite altered rhyolite. Visually prominent massive sulphide veins up to approximately
50 cm thick have been observed in the upper part of the targeted system (Figure 3), providing further
encouragement for the continuity of sulphide mineralisation at depth. These observations are visual in nature and
laboratory assays are required to determine the grade and tenor of the mineralisation.
Figure 3: Plan view of the Silica Hill prospect showing Phase 2 diamond drilling (white traces) and historical drilling over processed
gravity imagery. The interpreted Northern and Southern Lodes are shown in purple, highlighting the relationship between known
mineralisation and the margin of the prominent gravity low. Phase 2 drilling issystematically testing the lateral and depth extent of
the Silica Hill mineralised system.
- 4 –
Next Steps
• Phase 2 drilling will continue at Silica Hill, with the program now focused on systematically expanding the
known mineralised footprint and testing the depth and lateral continuity of the interpreted Northern and
Southern Lodes.
• The Phase 2 drilling strategy has been refined to prioritise Silica Hill, where drilling to date has provided the
strongest opportunity for near-term resource growth. Further drilling will target extensions to the
mineralised system beyond the existing resource footprint.
• Assay results from the current Phase 2 drilling are expected over the next 4–6 weeks and will provide
important information on the grade and continuity of the newly intersected sulphide zones.
• Regional targeting will continue in parallel, building on the recently completed integrated geophysical
review and targeting additional mineralised systems within the broader Commonwealth–Silica Hill Project
area.
• Following completion of drilling and receipt of outstanding assays, Kuniko plans to complete an upgraded
Mineral Resource Estimate, incorporating results from the Phase 1 and Phase 2 drilling programs.

Impact Minerals has previously reported JORC (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource Estimates at both
Commonwealth and Silica Hill (Refer: Impact Minerals ASX releases dated 2 September 2016, 1
February 2018 and 22 August 2019). These estimates demonstrate the presence of significant gold
and silver mineralisation within a broader system that remains open along strike and depth. Kuniko
notes that it has not independently verified or adopted these estimates, and they should not be
relied upon as Kuniko’s own. During Stage-1, Kuniko intends to undertake technical work and, if
appropriate, validate and update the estimates through its own Competent Person.
