Update - Proposed issue of securities - IPT
Summary
We're writing to update you on the timetable for our renounceable rights issue, first announced on 17 August 2026. The offer itself is unchanged, but the key dates have moved.
Under the offer, eligible shareholders can apply for 1 new share for every 4 held, at A$0.032 per share, with 2 free attaching options for every 3 new shares taken up. Those options carry an exercise price of A$0.06 each. Full details remain in the Prospectus lodged on 17 August 2026, including how oversubscriptions and any scale back will be handled.
The revised timetable now has the offer closing on 11 September 2026 (or 8 September 2026 if we need to extend it), with new shares expected to start trading on a deferred settlement basis from 3 September 2026, and on a normal T+2 basis from 21 September 2026. We expect to announce the results of the offer by 18 September 2026.
Mahe Capital Pty Ltd is acting as lead manager and has agreed to partially underwrite the offer up to A$1,500,000, covering a maximum of 46,875,000 new shares and 31,250,000 new options. As with any underwriting arrangement, this commitment can be terminated in certain circumstances, set out in the Prospectus.
Shareholders in a number of overseas jurisdictions, including Canada, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom among others, are not eligible to participate.
