Rights Issue Extension of Offer Period and Options
Summary
We've extended the closing date for our current rights issue from Wednesday, 9 September to Friday, 11 September 2026. This gives a bit more breathing room for shareholders still waiting on their Prospectus to arrive, including those based overseas such as in Germany, where we've also extended the offer.
As a reminder, the rights issue lets eligible shareholders subscribe for one new share for every four they hold, at $0.032 per share, raising up to approximately $4,134,270 before costs. Every three new shares also come with two free attaching options, exercisable at $0.06 and expiring two and a half years after issue.
We've included an independent-style Black-Scholes valuation of those options in this announcement, giving an indicative value of between $0.007 and $0.011 per option depending on the volatility assumption used. We think it's worth shareholders factoring this into their view of what they're getting for their $0.032 per share.
The rest of the timetable moves with the closing date: results of the offer are expected to be announced on Friday, 18 September, with new shares and options issued that day and trading expected to start Monday, 21 September. As always, these dates are indicative and could shift again.
