Renounceable Rights Issue Notice To Eligible Shareholders
Summary
We're offering eligible shareholders the chance to take part in a pro-rata renounceable rights issue, raising up to approximately $4,134,270 before costs.
Under the offer, eligible shareholders can subscribe for one new share for every four they hold as at the record date of 20 August 2026, at $0.032 per share. For every three new shares taken up, you'll also receive two free attaching options, exercisable at $0.06 and expiring two and a half years from issue. There's also a top up facility for shareholders who take their full entitlement and want to apply for more, to the extent any shortfall exists.
Because this is a renounceable offer, if you don't want to take up your entitlement you can trade it on the ASX instead of letting it lapse. Only shareholders with a registered address in Australia, New Zealand or Germany are eligible to participate.
The funds raised will go towards exploration at our Broken Hill and Lake Irwin projects, progressing the Lake Hope High Purity Alumina project, further investment into Alluminous, and general working capital.
Full details, including how to access your personalised entitlement documents through Automic, are set out in the Prospectus, which is available on our website and the ASX website. The offer closes at 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 9 September 2026. We'd encourage you to read the Prospectus in full and speak with your professional adviser before deciding whether to participate.
