Renounceable Rights Issue - Dispatch of Prospectus
Summary
We've dispatched the Prospectus for our renounceable rights issue to eligible shareholders, and the offer is now open.
Under the issue, eligible shareholders can subscribe for one new share for every four they held on the record date of 20 August 2026, at $0.032 per new share. For every three new shares taken up, you'll also receive two free attaching options, exercisable at $0.06 and expiring two and a half years from issue. Together, the offer is aiming to raise up to approximately $4,134,270 before costs.
Eligibility is limited to shareholders with a registered address in Australia, New Zealand or Germany as at the record date. If that's you, your personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form is available through the Automic investor portal, and a physical copy has also been mailed to anyone who has opted out of electronic communications.
The offer closes at 5:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, so eligible shareholders wanting to take part need to act before then.
As with any rights issue, taking up your entitlement is entirely your choice, and how much (if any) you subscribe for is a decision only you can make based on your own circumstances.
