Notification of cessation of securities - IPT
Summary
This is a routine capital notice rather than a trading update. It confirms that 766,665 unquoted performance rights (IPTAW) have expired without being exercised or converted, effective 24 June 2026.
Performance rights are a form of security typically granted to directors or staff as incentives, tied to specific milestones. When they lapse unused, they simply cease to exist, with no shares issued and no payment involved.
Following this change, our issued capital stands at 516,783,796 ordinary fully paid shares and 80,721,208 listed options (IPTOC) on ASX, alongside 9,133,328 remaining performance rights (IPTAW) and 13,000,000 unquoted options (IPTAX) still on issue but not quoted.
This is an administrative update to our capital structure and doesn't reflect any change to our exploration projects or operations.
