Quarterly Activities Report

In our latest quarterly activities report, Impact Minerals has made significant progress across our projects. The Lake Hope HPA Project in WA is advancing with engineering studies to design a pilot plant for SOP production. At the Alluminous project, we achieved an operational milestone by shipping HPA samples to US battery partner C4V. In NSW, at the Commonwealth Project, our joint venture partner completed a drilling program with promising results.

In Broken Hill, we acquired additional tenements in the Huonville gold district, expanding our ground holding to 1,640 sq km. A magneto-telluric survey identified conductive targets potentially linked to deep-seated structures. The Southern Sky JV saw progress in interpreting soil geochemistry data at Dalgaranga.

Our corporate expenses were managed effectively, with cash at the end of the quarter standing at $1.76 million.
