Significant MT Conductors identified at Broken Hill

Impact Minerals Limited has released a significant update on its Broken Hill exploration program, reporting breakthrough results from a magneto-telluric (MT) geophysical survey across its extensive tenure in the Broken Hill district. The survey has identified a major deep conductive corridor that may represent the geological “plumbing” that fed the world-class Broken Hill silver-lead-zinc deposit, providing a new structural understanding of the system and three high-priority target zones for follow-up drilling. The T3 target, in particular, shows a direct connection from deep crustal structures to near-surface conductors, offering a compelling drill target. This work positions Impact to move toward drill-ready targets with strong district-scale potential and supports its strategic position as a dominant groundholder in one of Australia’s most proven mining provinces.
