Impact Minerals welcomes news that the Mineral Recovery Research Centre at Edith Cowan University has been shortlisted in the Climate and Environment category at the Mining Magazine Awards 2026, recognising the federally-funded CRC-P collaboration between ECU, CPC Engineering and Impact Minerals.

The CRC-P project has been central to validating the environmental performance of the Lake Hope flowsheet, which underpins Impact Minerals' Lake Hope High Purity Alumina (HPA) Project. Independent industry recognition of this kind reinforces the credibility of the Company's environmental and technical positioning at a time when these credentials are increasingly material to project financing, offtake discussions and broader investor due diligence.

To mark the nomination, the CRC-P project team has released a short video featuring the team and discussing the collaboration and its significance.
