Impact Minerals Targets Low-Cost HPA Production to Meet Rising Demand - Proactive

Impact Minerals' Dr Mike Jones told Proactive at Resourcing Tomorrow 2025 that the company has had a pivotal year, completing a PFS with a ~$1B NPV for the Lake Hope HPA Project and securing new processing technology to strengthen project economics.

He said Lake Hope’s shallow clay resource and unique processing route could make it one of the lowest-cost HPA producers globally, with HPA vital for LEDs, semiconductors and EV batteries.

2026 will focus on pilot production and a scoping study, ahead of potential North American expansion and a Nasdaq listing in 2027.
