Impact Minerals aims to be an active and engaged partner within the communities we operate in. We are committed to job creation, training and contributing to the local economy and always employ local staff and suppliers wherever possible.

Impact Minerals has been in operation for over a decade and during that time we’ve contributed to local economies in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. We strive to be more than just a business operating in the local area but a member of the community.

We’ve had some exciting discoveries at our Commonwealth Project outside Wellington in NSW’s Central West and are now looking to the future and the potential of establishing a viable mine. This will be a huge boost for the local economy but will also bring several questions. Should we be successful, we will be organising community meetings to provide updates on our progress and plans and hear feedback and suggestions from those who live in the area. In addition to our work in the community to date, we are planning to get involved in other local initiatives. If you have any suggestions on how Impact Minerals can contribute to the local community, please get in touch with us at
