Impact Minerals Ltd Annual Report 2023 69 Directors’ Declaration for the year ended 30 June 2023 The Directors of Impact Minerals Limited declare that: 1. in the Directors’ opinion, the financial statements and notes set out on pages 41 to 68 and the Remuneration Report in the Directors’ Report are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, including: a. giving a true and fair view of the consolidated entity’s financial position as at 30 June 2023 and of its performance, for the financial year ended on that date; and b. complying with Australian Accounting Standards (including the Australian Accounting Interpretations), Corporations Regulations 2001 and mandatory professional reporting requirements. 2. the financial statements also comply with International Financial Reporting Standards as disclosed in Note 2; and 3. there are reasonable grounds to believe that the consolidated entity will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable. The Directors have been given the declarations required by Section 295A of the Corporations Act 2001 by the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for the financial year ended 30 June 2023.
