Impact Minerals Ltd Annual Report 2022 43 Directors’ Report continued INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS During the financial year, the Company paid a premium to insure the Directors and Officers of the consolidated entity against any liability incurred as a Director or Officer to the extent permitted by the Corporations Act 2001. The contract of insurance prohibits the disclosure of the nature of the liabilities covered or the amount of the premium paid. The Group has not entered into any agreement with its current auditors indemnifying them against claims by a third party arising from their position as auditor. NON-AUDIT SERVICES The Company may decide to employ the auditor on assignments additional to their statutory audit duties where the auditor’s expertise and experience with the Company and/or the Group are important. Details of the amounts paid or payable to the auditor (Hall Chadwick WA Audit Pty Ltd) for audit and non-audit services provided during the year are set out in Note 19. During the year ended 30 June 2022, no fees were paid or were payable for non-audit services provided by the auditor of the consolidated entity (2021: $Nil).
